L.A. GUNS: After 40 Years L.A. Guns Are Still Grinding With A New Album, ‘Leopard Skin,’ Out April 4
“There’s the saying, ‘a leopard never changes its spots,’” founding guitarist Tracii Guns says. “But even so, they have a million different spots. And they’re all unique. It’s the same with L.A. Guns. We can’t shed our leopard skin, but there’s a lot of different spots in this band.”

The AF300, a winning combination of acoustic and electric? Winzz Guitar review.
Before reviewing the AFO300CE I had hopes that it would be an amazing sound. A carbon fiber backing sounded appealing. The guitar is a hybrid and is suitable as an acoustic or an electric component. Out of the box, I had to tune the guitar. Which is not out of the ordinary. Though, I have reviewed some high-end models that came tuned out of the box. Does this imply that that the guitar is going to be bad, no, not at all. There are two things that could have happened here.

BY Guitar Thrills Magazine
Speaking about ‘Breakdown’ YUNGBLUD says, “I wrote this song because it’s been the hardest year for me mentally. I feel myself changing and throughout my life I’ve never felt good enough, it’s been the main thing that on the one hand has driven me forward but on the other, has eaten me up. For as long as I can remember I have felt constantly afraid of how quickly my head can turn dark.

"I discovered KISS in 1989 and it’s the only band I never stopped listening to so I think it’s pretty normal that they influenced my guitar technique." - The Broken Dolls
BY Manuel Bellone
When Nino, Giordy and Ross formed the band in 2007 they head their heads deep into the skateboarding culture, so it was normal that the band took a lot from that. honesty I don’t dislike it but at the same time I don’t find that culture very appealing. I love to wear creepers and watch football on tv! I think the band sound in 2024 is a mixture of punk rock and hard rock. As I like to say “we’re too metal for punks and too punk for Metal heads”

"An ethos carrying their music to a new generation “I feel like rock is alive and well, it’s just presented kind of differently.” - Frank Berry
BY Guitar Thrills Magazine
Berry’s interest in music grew with feverish intensity through her middle and high school years. Her mother, Daniella Clarke, a renowned fashion designer, helped spark her love of style alongside her discovery of David Bowie’s iconic sound and image. “I grew up loving glam rock.” Berry recalled fondly. “The music and fashion are so hand in hand like all of Bowie’s iconic looks. I wanted to look like that.” From the jump, these two worlds naturally coalesced for Berry. When Daniella Clarke traveled to shopping malls to meet potential buyers for her clothes, she would set-up an in-store performances for her daughter’s band to play. “We played in malls, our backyard, our classroom, and then, we got featured in Teen Vogue even though we weren’t teenagers yet (laughs)” said Berry.

"I fell in love with it when I saw Nico’s videos of “Desertshore” I think it’s unknowingly the first dark wave record in history."
BY Manuel Bellone
One day she came to see the rehearsals as the drummer’s girlfriend, and we decided to play “Anemone” by The Brian Jonestown Massacre. When the piece started, the groove had a very nice and rhythmic feel, we liked the idea so much that we also tried it on our only two songs we had. It worked so well that we decided to get her into the band. About the tambourine…during the 60’s together with maracas was also very characteristic in live performances. I can mention so many bands like the Rolling Stones, the Byrds, Beach Boys.
