The Power of Basic Chord Shapes - Using the CAGED system: Part I
Now, to play ANY chord on the guitar clean, so that every note on every string used within the chord rings out clearly, the first step is the orientation of our fingers. (Index=1st, Middle=2nd, Ring=3rd, Pinky=4th) It is imperative that we curl each finger at the first and second knuckle, creating a bridge under each finger so that the ONLY part of each finger that touches ANYTHING is our fingertip.

The Power of Basic Chord Shapes - Using the CAGED System: Part II
o kick us off, next in line in the CAGED sequence of chord shapes is the G shape. There are (3) ways to play the G shape in its open position as a G chord. First up is what has been called the ‘full G chord’ or the ‘4 finger G’. To perform the ‘4 finger G’ we will ensure that all 4 fingers are curled at both knuckles and place our 1st finger on the 5th string, 2nd fret. Next, we place our 2nd finger on the 6th string, 3rd fret. Next, our 3rd finger on the 2nd string, 3rd fret and then finally our 4th finger on the 1st string, 3rd fret. Notice that the 3rd and 4th strings are open. Strum from the 6th string down.

Lewitt RAY Large Diaphragm Condenser Mic with AURA Technology.
BY Eric Dahl
The visual monitor on Ray shows you the distance that you have available so that you know when to stay in range or if you want to step out of range.  The visual cue is very helpful, and it lights up for dark stages. Feature wise Lewitt’s Ray microphone has a 1” true condenser mic capsule and cardioid microphone pattern. It has an all-analog signal path, for warmth, with standard XLR cable input.
