A performance that is echoed by an unforgettable era of music and values
Vilivant was created by me back in 2018, and I’ve had rotating members since then. Everything that I write/take inspiration from is usually taken to my producer and we workshop ideas until we come up with the finished product. Sure, I go back and forth with my band sometimes, but I usually stick with whatever style or theme that I resonate with at the time of writing.

"Tube amps are often praised for their warmth, dynamic response, and the natural compression they provide when pushed".
It is a really simple device, almost minimalist, if it weren't for the three Switches (very useful) and the integrated Reverb, but once you try it thoroughly, you realize that nothing is missing, anything you could add would help only to unnecessarily complicate manufacturing, increase cost, and possibly compromise the tone.

Heartland Pickups - "Thick and creamy tones with a modern clarity."
The short answer is that the Hurrikan is a hybrid pickup uniquely wound with 42.5 and 43 AWG Poly wire and features a powerful Alnico 6. This pickup is designed to provide thick and creamy tones with a modern clarity. Ideal for the player who needs more punch and less of a mid-scoop without the aggressiveness of the Alnico 8.

The Power of Basic Chord Shapes - Using the CAGED system: Part I
BY Kevin Sergent
Now, to play ANY chord on the guitar clean, so that every note on every string used within the chord rings out clearly, the first step is the orientation of our fingers. (Index=1st, Middle=2nd, Ring=3rd, Pinky=4th) It is imperative that we curl each finger at the first and second knuckle, creating a bridge under each finger so that the ONLY part of each finger that touches ANYTHING is our fingertip.

The Power of Basic Chord Shapes - Using the CAGED system: Part I
BY Kevin Sergent
Using the CAGED system, we will start with the C shape, playing it in open position as a C chord. To do this we would ensure that our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd fingers are curled at the first and second knuckle and place our 1st finger on the 2nd string, first fret. Next we will place our 2nd finger on the 4th string, 2nd fret. Finally, we place our 3rd finger on the 5th string, 3rd fret.

"Playing more live shows in the past two years than I have in the years prior, my guitar skills have improved tremendously." - Payton Howie
BY Edward Schooley
In a world that can be so fabricated and counterfeit, I always try to be as real as possible and just say what I’m thinkin’ whether people like it or not. I think the realest thing about the music industry is the fans because they’re the ones showing up to shows, listening to every original song, sporting merch, and showing constant support on social media. The die-hard support I’ve seen from my listeners means the absolute world to me.

"When you get a message in a song, you make that song your own." - Brian Vander Ark
BY Sophia Radisch
I've never been protective over what the meaning of the song is. Here's the thing about songwriting for me. I believe that once the song is out there, it no longer belongs to me. It belongs to the listener. That's why I try to make every single song as perfect as I can before I release it. Because, I wanna say exactly what I wanna say. Then, I release it into the world because then it's no longer my song. It now belongs to whoever hears it.
